Question Had a virus and i THINK i solved it

I've been using Acronis TrueImage 2015 for a couple years now to keep my hard drive backed up when I had Windows 7 but now that I've upgraded to Windows 10 it crashes on startup even though I uninstalled it and downloaded the windows 10 updated version from Acronis's site.
